Delete your SHAJRA account

Use the app for immediate deletion. If you cannot access the app, submit a verified request by email.

Delete inside the app

  1. Login to SHAJRA.
  2. Open Settings → Account Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Confirm with your current password and the requested confirmation text.

The account deletion is permanent.

If you cannot use the app

Email inu.shajra@gmail.com from the same registered email address. Use the subject SHAJRA Account Deletion Request and ask us to delete your account. We may ask you to verify ownership. Never send a password, recovery code or OTP.

What is deleted

  • Your Supabase authentication account and login identifier.
  • When deletion is completed inside the app: that account's local family database and app-owned member photos on that device.

What is not deleted automatically

A web/email request cannot remotely erase offline family data or files on a device. Manually exported backups, PDFs and PNGs also remain until you delete them. If the app is unavailable, clear SHAJRA app data or uninstall it and manually remove exported files after the online account is deleted.

Processing time

Verified email requests are normally completed within 7 business days. We will reply to the registered email address when the request is complete or if further verification is required.
